The adoption of BIM by the various professionals in the vast field of architecture and construction is only just beginning. BIM is integrated to varying degrees depending on whether one is dealing with architects, engineers, project managers, construction companies, or other trades within the building and public works sector, but it is already a field of research and a subject of teaching. In this context, we will explore the latest advances in BIM within engineering schools, universities, and companies concerned with research findings.
