The theoretical challenge of this research is the reconstruction of the cognitive universe of the builders of Gothic cathedrals. This second volume is dedicated to the modeling specific to the emergence of the Gothic architectural form, to its truly interpretative dimension highlighting the cognitive processes implemented by the designers/builders of cathedrals, which reveal close links with theories developed by contemporary scientific and theological texts.
